Relativity of Time

When one actually looks at the earth's position we are as much as a day away at any given time, this is the purpose of leap years and February 29th, because without it we would keep getting farther and farther from the place that each day represented in space. This relativity parallels all time in that time only matters in the ways that you use it, and believe that it matters to you.
