Religious fanaticism is responsible for much of the "suicide bombings" of recent. The problem is that many people believe that the religion is to blame. This is most likely not true, because all religions have some sort of "golden rule" where people are to treat others as they wish to be treated. It is just as likely that christians would be suicide bombers as muslims, the only difference is the political culture surrounding each religion. Because of this, we should not fault Islam or muslims, because they themselves are not at fault. What is at fault is political manipulation going on between the social classes in many middle east countries, offering glory and happiness to those who will sacrifice themselves.
