| 1080 is the best snowboarding game I have seen in a long time, with detailed graphics and smooth gameplay. The main focus of the game is snowboarding, but it also has a decent trick system. The creators did a great job making the game truly interactive by having the snowboarder tilt, crouch, turn, wave his hands to catch his balance, and even sink in the snow. They spent the time it took to make 6 seperate snow textures that affect speed, whether the snowboarder sinks, his stability, and the effect you get from the rumble pack. The rider is reflected on ice and even puffs of snow come up when you land roughly. |
