Chrome is also available from the Google repositories.Those builds are a bit more stable than the chromium-daily ones. See http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/ppas/8 for install instructions and to compare versions.

The third line of code is missing a semicolon before the second "sudo". Either that or there should be a fourth line consisting of the second sudo and everything that follows it.
